Thanks - although it's not for me, it's for the baby! It is definitely in the child's best interest to have limited contact with the father.

We were together for 4 years before he ever showed this side of himself...what a huge disappointment! I want any moment over the next 18+ years with him to just fly by as quickly and easily as possible!

Most assistance requires there to be an existing order of support - so it will be necessary for him to take the paternity test. It's only going to be in your best interest to provide the child support office as much information as possible...the most helpful being his address of employment and his social security number. If you don't have his SS#, then any address info. If he doesn't show up for the paternity test and is held in contempt of court...depending on the assistance program, they might possibly grant you temporary assistance based on the circumstances. It would depend on their guidelines though. Maybe they issue the temporary assistance and revisit it within a few months while waiting on the status of the paternity, but I wouldn't be able to answer that.

Thank you. He hated tummy time at first but now that he can roll over he dont mind it as much. My ex isnt on the birth certificate either but when we went to court he signed the paternity papers. He never denied Sid which i guess is good. If he signed over his rights it would be eaiser. Everytime he saw sid which is court ordered every sat at the mall for 2hours he would want to make out with me..ew gross. My ex and i split i was 12 weeks i think maybe 13. Oh ya when your 30 weeks and you date a guy dont ya know the dna from the guy switches(even if you dont have sex with them)..lol..Im sorry he is a jerk to you and Ailey.(which is a prettyname btw)Maybe he will sign off his rights. If he shows no interest and since he isnt on the birth certificate he has no rights. The way you describe him seems like he wouldnt care if he did.

Well who says they have to be exactly your age? lol. Im not too much older than you, Ill be 21 in July. Chris is 24. But just as a side note here, Chris' younger brother has been with his girlfriend for almost two years, and she has a 3 year old girl too, and he is very good to both of them, and he's only 19. They are out there, but no, they might not be hanging out in abercrombie. And kick that asshole for calling you a fatass. Youre pregnant. ha im sorry but i have to get this off my chest...(now that were all talking about this) *so when i met my babys daddy he said he lived with his cousin.(a girl) *he also said he had one kid. *he said he was 20.(i asked for id but he siad he didnt have one?) *he said his name was keontae parker.k-p everyone knos him buy.*then he didnt live here and said he lived with his g-ma and drove his cousins car over here to see "me"....
Truth: 1.the girl he lived with was his gf. shes pregnant by him to. (3 weeks ahead of me,a girl to. so my babys step sis.) 2.i found out he does have that one kid that lives in memphis. plus 2 with one girl that lives out here. plus 2 more but unkown mama's. now me and girl that lives in my aprtment.3.hes 27. he got into a fight and this guy found his i.d. i asked him for it. found his age. plus he told me when i told him i was pregnant.4.his name is not keontae. its walter.5.when he was living with his g-ma it was with that girl that has 2 babies but him and thats her car and she pregnant by him AGAIN. uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh that feels so good to let go lol

yea he wouldnt care if he did, i talked to lawyer about some things and he told me that if in 2 years he has still had no contact that i can have his right taken away, so i am hoping that in 2 years his rights will be taken because he dont want them but sign off,
