Well I know the initial conversation is over, but I'm going to give my two sense anyways. I know you have a 2 year old but if you have a guest staying you should either wait a couple days to have sex or close the door, lol. A 9 year old should know about the birds and the bees... I wouldn't say anything to her though, I would call your mom and tell her what happened. Imo it's not really your place to explain to your sister why you were naked without permission from your mom. But really, if she's confused she'll ask you or her mom more than likely. Honestly at 9, if she saw you two having sex she probably would be uncomfortable and leave instead of watch, she's not a baby anymore...
