Tylenol is safe for both pregnancy and breastfeeding.

my ob yelled at me lol, its all i was used to taking so i had to switch over to tylenol.

My OB said if Tylenol didnt work i could use advil but only in the first trimester after that just tylenol

Ibuprofen : pregnancy risk category D in 3rd trimester
are those drugs safe to use during pregnancy? it depends on in which trimester we are.
on the 1st trimester: we better to avoid all kind of drugs (except those in category A and B, if we really need them) because our baby is in the most sensitive part of organ formation.
on the 3rd trimester: we better to avoid all kind of drugs also (except on special condition) because our baby may comes out any time. When he/she is out, he/she must rely on his/her not-fully-developed metabolism system to eliminate any remaining drug, thus may induce prolonged toxic reaction.
between tylenol and ibuprofen, which one safer? i think Tylenol is. but just use it when we really need it  

I cannot take tylenol because of liver damage, but my OB told me no ibuprofen.
