I'm trying to eat less and less sugar. I've finally gotten to a place where I don't need as much caffeine which is really good because I'd have like one diet soda a day. But now I'm not doing that. I'm drinking as much water as I can. Eating less sugar(which isn't always true as I've eaten tons of sugar before and not had problems with my weight), and try to not eat as much salt.
I just think it's my age. We also introduced eating more fish and rice. Which thankfully my daughter LOVES.
