Real food. Well it really depends on what you eat. I eat mainly fruits and veggies, I have cut out pretty much all meat except chicken, and turkey. I spend maybe $100 a month but that is also buying for TJ and Kam.

Oh I know. I was completely skeptical too. My MIL bought me my first 30 day kit. I was a believer after that. It is like my crack seriously. I went one day with out it and I was so drained and dead tired and felt like a big fat wad of smurf lol.
