I have a Lump in my vagina!!!

So im 29 weeks pregnant....this weekend i was going to the restroom as usual ( i pee every 5 mins) when i feel something drop 'down there'....so i feel and it feels like a ball! Its not coming out of my vagina,but i can still feel it and i have bad back pain and vaginal pain on and off. This is my third child and this has never happened to me, I already made a dr appt for this friday but i just wanted some input to set my mind at ease until then.......

Are you sure it's not your cervix?

Sounds like baby is lowering and pressing your cervix down. This is normal.   As long as you arent having contractions or other labor signs you should be fine.

I think I ran across something about this on a MD type site and it said it could be bulging veins from excess pressure (baby) and the extra blood flow we have right now. But definately get it checked out.
