no poo

Has anybody tried it with positive results that would like to share?
No poo is using the most natural, non toxic products on your body and hair, the less the better.

its based around the "no shampoo" concept. Hence the no poo thing.
I almost never use shampoo on my hair but I do use soap to wash with. You have to use something because water can not clean by itself.

I don't know about you, but don't want no poo in my hair......

It has actually helped my b.o. and made my hair look great
What did u try?
I use Dr. Bronners almond liquid soap for body, and tea tree oil with lemon juice and baking soda for hair. Baking soda and coconut oil for toothpaste with peroxide rinse. Grapeseed oil for lotion.
I just can't get over the no foam and actual washing. I even stopped using soap on lo, just water and her skin and hair have never been better.
I really want to find a non toxic product line that washes clean and doesn't leave my hair oily.

Cuz a lot of those body washes. Shampoos, conditioners aren't real soaps they are full of detergents. Petro chemicals, carcinogen nd crap that dry's your hair out or weighs it down. I'm gonna try your no poo recipe hehe....I bout some Shea everyday for kicks to try out...we shall see

I'm happy with everything but my hair. This is only week 1 but it is still oily at times. I can't find the perfect ratio. Some days look great and others don't.

Yea but I'm not sure if that helped or made the eczema worse. I'm using grapeseed oil now. I am really trying to find more non toxic cleaning supplies and body products. I might try Dr bronners on her

Well hey if no soap is making her skin awesome than that's good? Dr. Bronners is good on my sons sensitive skin...I only clean crevices, hands, feet, and hair...I don't use it on his face

She sweats a lot and I'm thinking I might just put some in her bath water
