I would start because you dont know exactly how long until you will be preggo. The healthier and more in shape you are the better for you, your pregnancy, and the baby. When you're pregnant you can continue just about any (within reason) exercise routine you were doing before you got preggo.

I would (and did actually) but I stopped when I found out I was pregnant just because I was so paranoid.
