Your Gym "Routine?"

I just started working out at the gym instead of at home. I feel like I get more accomplished there (as well as less distracted) and I love the place we go!

For those of you that are active at the gym, what do you normally do?

Lately, I've been starting with either 2 miles on the treadmill or 2 miles on the elliptical, then hitting the strength machines, and then 20 minutes (roughly 6-8 miles) on the spin bikes.

Any other suggestions? Hints? Clues?

I drive past a pretty nice gym on my way to work in the morning

The New Rules of Lifting for women routine is great.
I'm still in stage one (7 stages) but I was amazed at the workout I got in the amount of time it took to do it. (30 mins or so).
It's all strength training.

Circuit training and cardio is the way to go (for a woman).

i have a routine generated for me by a program that my gym has called activitrax. but i generally do 20-40 minutes of cardio and i certain weight machines every time with a certain amount of weight that i can handle for 15-20 reps for the first set and 12-18 reps the second set. the routine changes a little each time but i try to do it twice a week. plus i do zumba 2-3 times a week.

then i use myfitnesspal to try to keep up with my calories, fat and sugar every day.

im losing weight.

idk if any ones said this but always do cardio last and weights first.
i do different parts on different days
mine goes

Biceps and triceps - mon & thurs
Legs and butt- wed and sat
chest and back fri and tuse

i do them in this order because you should give what even muscle your working 48 hours to build it self back up
