Social services IS A JOKE...

Alright I have been reading alot of the cafe mom articles, and yes it's wonderful to hear stories of good parents triumphing over social services wrongfully taking thier children, but it makes me wonder who dcbs is really protecting, definitly not our children, you tell me how I get charged with neglect for buying my son diapers. Granted I did violate and active restraining order against my husband to do so but I did this because NO ONE but my husband would do this for me, for my son. I litterally had 3 diapers left and no money what was I to do? I know that there is help out ther but whose gonna be open to help me buy diapers for my 6 month old son at 7 in the evening, no one thats who, the help offices all close up and go home at 5 or 6. Now I realize that social services does SOME good but when they let dope heads who cook meth in thier homes take their kids home and then go after decent parents like me, what are they really doing??? I had a girl who screams and cusses her 4 year old like a dog and prostitutes in front of the child and leaves her so unsupervised that shes able to run around smoking lit cigarettes at 4 years old, she got called into dcbs and the investigator sent her home saying and I quote "you need to whoop this girl more" NO she needs to be a better role model for her daughter and then maybe just maybe she wouldn't act like that, yes I made some bad choices but I still had my sons best interest at heart and both me and my child have to suffer for it so I ask you to please like and share this so that maybe I can get the support I need to over turn these charges and get my son back home where he belongs I am missing out on his life and he is missing out on his bond with his mother, its just wrong.

Im sure there is way more o the story then you are letting on. They dont just take a kid cause thier parents bought them dipers. And this is not FB hunny.

Not trying to kick you when you're down, but if you can't even provide basic necessities for your child (such as diapers), how do you suppose you will convince anyone that you are capable of parenting?
It sounds like Child Protective Services has your child's best interest at heart.

Why would they take your son just because YOU violated a restraining order against your husband so HE could buy you son diapers??? Im getting the feeling that somehow we arent getting the whole story. No way would CPS know if the Hubby stopped by and put some diapers on your car, or whatever.
