insomnia

I have the hardest time sleeping lately. My anxiety has been getting worse over the last couple weeks and it seems the best (and only) thing I can do to ease it is to just keep cleaning the house. The more I clean the less anxious I feel about life lol. I passed out on the couch for a little while with SO and he ended up staying up until about 4:30am (pretty sure he's feeling really anxious too) went to bed with him and snuck up at 5 to start painting the living room. I feel like a crazy person at 38/39wks pregnant painting my house at 5am but it's the only thing that helps me calm down. I get tired for a couple hours during the day but for the most part I'm just always awake and feeling like I have to clean.

Anyone else get like this close to the end of pregnancy?

yeah you're nesting lol. and i'm not even pregnant but you sound alot like me i've had insomnia and anxiety for like a month now lol...anxiety for a few years though

Ugh it's making me nuts lol. In one way it's nice to be so motivated to clean but at the same time I know I should probably be resting while I still can. I've had pretty bad anxiety problems for years now but luckily it hasn't been too bad throughout this pregnancy until the last couple of weeks. Now all of a sudden I feel like the world is going to end if I don't keep finding things to do lol

lol yeah you definitely need the rest but i know how it is to just lay there and try your hardest to fall asleep but just can't it sucks big time girl...
and lately i've been way motivated to keep my house all nice n clean it makes me feel wayyyyy less stressed out too and when my kids were a little younger my house would ALWAYS be a mess...but now i'm starting to get better at keeping up the house work lol...like my house is spotless right now but when i pick up my kids in the morning it'll be a different story lmao... and congrats on ur little one on the way : )

Nesting! I have anxiety too and the only way to rid while nesting is to 'nest'NOT lol. You may get a tired surge after you're done. I did with mt first. I nested for a week about two weeks before he was due...and i had him almost two weeks late. I slept pretty much the whole 4time weeks aftee i nested lol

I get pretty bad anxiety attacks right now too and thought I was nesting but it was short lived now Im just tired all the time lol Im 33 weeks and suffer from insomnia as well I have such a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep which could explain why Im constantly tired lol

i thought it was just me im 33 weeks and up all night never can calm down enough to go to sleep
