My dog won't leave my side

LET ME FIRST TELL YOU YES I HAVE PITBULLS YES THEY WILL BE AROUND MY BABY YOU DON'T AGREE GET THE SmUrf OFF MY POST BECAUSE I DO NOT TOLERATE ANYONE BAD MOUTHING PITBULLS AND BEING STEREOTYPICAL

Now I have 2 Pitbulls and I think they know I'm pregnant ever since I found out thy don't leave my side. I babysit my 6 month old cousin everyday and both my dogs are crazy about her! Spot ( my male) whines when she crys and will try to lick her feet I guess in efforts to comfort her. My female Sophie never leaves my side unless the baby is here then she always wants the baby she let's the baby hit on her and pull her ears and has never had any reaction. Spots the same way. Anyone else have dogs that acted as I'd the knew you were pregnant. Or showed favor towards younger children or babys

My male boxer, Lucas loves my DD. He lays next to her, and licks her and they play together. My cat is the same way with her.

my dog is american staffy x he is always by my side and got sooo damn clingy when i was pregnant he is pretty jelous now but has never been bad towards DS he just cries in my face when im holding the baby, in the last few weeks of pregnancy he was the worst hes ever been, hes not a small dog and kept trying to sit on my lap. my mate has pittys and a newborn baby and the pittys lie with the baby they love her! i love dogs i hate how people bad mouth certain breeds! all my mates pittys have been perfectly normal with kids and other animals they are just like any other dog! well the ones iv met.

I have a pit bull   he loves my babies. We got him while I was pregnant with #2 and he would always stay by me

With all dogs it's all about how you raise them my Pitts think they are lap dogs my male is 90 lbs and my baby. He was attacked by a hog about 6 months ago. I though I was going to lose him. Worst feeling ever. Ecspecially since he didn't fight back. He jus took it.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT PITBULLS?

Drama starter noone gives a rats ass if you dont like pitbulls i hate chiuahahas little yppie yappin brat dogs....lol

I have pits too and she is always up my butt and our 2 yr old thinks she is a dress up doll and pillow.... ANY dog can be made aggresive its all in how you raise them

Oh and my first pregnancy 14 yrs ago my dog had a fake pregnancy with me she was milking out her nennas and getting fat we took her to the vet and they said it was normal for females who are attached to a pregnant female to show some or all symptoms of pregnancy ....

Lol thank you I was seeing red!!

All I know is my boss has an Australian Shepherd who will not let anyone near my nine month old. I'm the only person she's okay with. She won't even let my husband near our son, lol. She starts pacing back and forth and will let out a little growl. This dog has never had any puppies of her own but for some reason she has this instinct to protect babies and young children. It's amazing, really.
