Does anyone have a low life BD?

My babys dad won't even speak to me anymore but tells me that when the baby is born he is going to take me to court and take the baby away... does anyone else have a crappy bd?

Id say because he wants to take the baby away from the mother wouldnt you? I mean unless OP is a crack addict or something.

Not everyone gets along with their exes... but should get along with their kids. Make sure you go to court for custody agreements, that way he cannot just take the kid and run. But whether or not he talks to you much means nothing, it matters that he cares about his kid.

ME, but I don't let it get to me and stress me out anymore. Its his loss.

He has every legal right to take her to court for custody.

I'm pretty sure it was the threat that pissed her off. He isn't looking for joint custody, he is threatening to take her baby away from her.

OP, he probably won't be able to if he tries. But you do need an established visitation set up by a judge. Because he can take the child, and refuse to return him/her and then you would have to go through a judge to get your child back which would take a long time.

I won't just tell her that everything will be okay and he sucks as a person for wanting the baby. But for all i know, that could be incorrect....
