i feel like an old person..

every time i get up to walk my legs seem so weak. usually by the end of the day the bottom of my feet hurt really bad and that makes it harder to walk. every time i walk i feel like i'm walking like an old person..

Not my feet, but my hips and knees ALWAYS crack, and my spine too. Sometimes I literally CANNOT get up and DH has to help me off the couch and to bed at night.

that sounds horrible ! have you been to a doctor for it yet? i procrastinate all the time about whether i should or not.

I have the same thing! It is worst at the end of the day, but if I sit still for a long time (like in the car or something) or when I get up in the morning the bottomsof my feet hurt so bad I can barely walk. I feel like I walk all hunched over for a few minutes until I get everything warmed up again, lol

Sadly, I have no insurance. =S
But I do have joint problems.
