Still bleeding possible tmi.

I had a c-section on April 6th for my son. I am STILL bleeding. I go through maybe 3-4 panty liners a day, and I'm partially breastfeeding. Every time I pump or breastfeed, I bleed even more with the cramps...

How long is this supposed to go on for?

I bled for about 6 weeks after my c-section...

It's completely normal to bleed for 6-8 weeks. If you're concerned, call your doc in the morning.

Everyone is different. Mine lasted a little over 2 months.

I had a vaginal birth but it lasted about 9 weeks with my first, 5 wks with my second, and 8 weeks with my third. Some women just bleed longer.

I hit 9 weeks PP Friday...

I went from dark, then bam, back to clots.

That's strange (in my opinion)... maybe call your OB/midwife (whatever you used) and see what they think.

you still have clots? well now that's a bit different, I'd defintiely be bringing that up.

that happened to me...what happened was i went a week with basically nothing then BAM heavy and clots...i wnt to my OB and she said it was jsut my period coming back =]
