I only ate eggs for my entire first trimester. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.  

I was gassy, but that was about it LOL.

eggs are not bad. Remove the egg yolk and you will lower the calorie intake and cholesterol. It's raw eggs that they tell you not to eat b/c of listeria. Eggs are a great source of protein and I ate eggs all the time pregnant and not pregnant

Even if I dont remove the egg yolk are they still alright?

they are fine like I said other than it could over time increase your cholesterol levels but I doubt you will eat that many forever

They aren't horrible, they aren't great either. They are just high in cholesterol. But I say go for it. There are worse things out there.
