having a hard time keeping up

holy crap im having SUCH a hard time keeping up with the cleaning. I have a 3 year old, 2 year old and 5 month old. Obviously the baby doesnt make a mess, but the other two make a tornado through my house. I'm lucky if its still somewhat neat after an hour. like i cant even make the baby a bottle without something happening. does any one else have this problem? any tips? i feel like im going crazy over here. oh, i forgot, i feel like im picking up after 4 since dh makes a mess as well....ugh

everyone is old enough (DH included) to pick up after themselves.

Before meals, sleep time the kids should be picking up their toys.

My house is a disaster all the time.. I have a 4 yr old,3 yr old and a 15 month old. But its gotten better by establishing chores. My kids know to put their dishes in the sink. They have to get dressed and put their clothes in the hamper, they put their laundry away and they have to clean their toys before bed. I take care of the rest and yell at DH when he gets lazy  

I know it sucks i hate when i clean everything and then 10 minutes later the house looks like a bomb has hit it.
