If you're looking for something to curb your appetite try a protien drink around lunch time. You should have breakfast(make sure its low in fat and high in fibre to keep you feeling full) then a protien shake for lunch and you should feel full through out the day, eat something at about 8pm (depending on your workout time and bedtime) and make sure its high in protien and complex carbs.

Hey em!
healthy snacks! I actually lost weight this pregnancy (before gaining the baby weight) because I crave fruits and veggies. I love salads with not so much salad but more veggies, bell peppers tomatoes avacodo. a good chuncky salad with a vingar dressing. Fruits fruits fruits!!! watermelon fills you up and is oh so yum! The frozen fruit is really good too. I have about a 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, blackberries or raspberries(thawed of course) in my cereal every morning for that extra filler. You can also thaw and put in lowfat vanilla yogert with a bit of granolla.
If you eat that kind of stuff in the morning and for lunch you can pretty much eat what you want for dinner. Then go for a walk after dinner settles! OR sex get that baby makin in!
If you go out to eat a lot cut out the mayo. Or whatever sauce is on things. You would be surprised how much that cuts out alone!
