Blood Tinged Discharge

Ok guys..its been forever but im so glad this site is still up! I am going through alot body wise and im concerned. I have a 5 year old and soon to be 3 year old. i had mirena for 3 years and it caused alot of issue. So one month ago i had it removed. My husband doesnt like to use condoms so half the time we do and half he pulls out. But my period is due any day now. BUT for the past week or so my boobs have been heavy and sore, i dont really want coffee anymore...my lower back hurts, and today i had blood tinges discharge. PT says not preggo. He doesnt want anymore...so could i be preggo? Or could it be my period coming on. It is so hard for me to tell if its my period since i havent had one for 3 years on mirena. I hate not knowing my body anymore bc of that damn iud! Please help. im desperate.
