Maybe let him poop in the toilet alone? Like with the door closed. God knows I can't poop with an audience and that was the only way I could get dd to poop in the potty at first

My daughter did the same thing, but her diapers were dry in the mornings so I just stopped putting them on her. It was a bad week of not wanting to poop and getting constapated....eventualy all the juice helped and she got over it. So that is a possibility...depends on the age too, mine was 3.5,

I've heard that boys feel like they are losing a part of themselves when they are pooping in the potty. Like, an organ or something- they dont want to let it go and they are scared.

jaidee was this way!!
shes only been poopy potty trained since earlier this year
it took the whole two years and a bit of her being toilet trained to actually poop lol
she use hide behind the couch and poo in her nappys in the morning or hold it in for days to the point she got really sick and we took her to the doctors to find she had poop up to her chest! it was horrible
dont rush it.. it just stresses him out!!.. jaidee is 5 in oct and its taken us till just now
good job on the pee training though! sethie isnt doing it bahah..
