How far along are you?

I have thought about it a lot.

Have you talked to him about it in depth or does he just cut you off?

I wanted to give my LO up too. At times I wish I had but on the other hand I can't picture life without him. I kept him because of BD, I hate BD with everything in me and then some and I haaaate dealing with him, still.

If we weren't dating I wouldn't have cared for his opinion. Can you have LO and do it without tellin him? Or do you both need to sign ?

You can't just sign away your rights in all states, so she would still be responsible for the child in many ways, whether or not she had custody.

They both need to sign.

OP if you want to do adoption and if your dd is 6.7.12... you need to look into a adoption agency. But know the dad needs to sign his rights also.

at the same time you can't put a baby up for adoption when the other bio parent wants the baby

This is true, which is why I think a lot of in depth discussions need to happen.

My BD would only want to weekend parent and pay me child support. Sure, sounds like a great deal - if you want a baby. If not, and you missed the time frame for an abortion... you're in a tough situation. This is one of those things that - OP - you might need someone to mediate the conversation.

When I debated whether or not I wanted to parent CS came into play. BUT I figured he would only pay me 50 a month or some low smurf like that because he pays CS for the other 2 kids he has.

I totally agree.
