baby shower

This is my second baby and my moms wanting to throw another baby shower for me. I was wondering how many of you mommas had a second baby shower?

I would if and when I have another baby. But that is to celebrate the baby and what not.   Plus, I have a habit of giving away my daughter's things as she grows out of them to friends who need them with their little ones... lol

I was wondering the same thing, even though we don't plan on having another one for at least 3 years.

Well my moms wanting to throw another and she said she doesn't care if anyone likes it or not lol

I had one for my first, One for my second and my mom is throwing me a diaper shower for diapers only just cause I have a baby that isn't even a year old yet, Soooo, Pretty much having 3. My mom said that its a party for the baby's soon to come arrival and said she doesn't see it as a "welcome to motherhood" thing.

I was chatting with some ladies yesterday about the same issue.. Im having my third and last baby so i wanted to do kinda like a bbq or dinner and if ppl wanted to bring gifts they could.. Its my last baby so i wanna do something and im throwing it myself so why not..

I'd do it. If you are okay with it, Then do it! People have that big a issue, They can just stay home. They don't gotta come if it bothers them that much.
