I am proud of myself

I have been breastfeeding for 5 months now! I am so proud I have made it this long lets see if I can make it 7 more months! Sorry I am happy I usually give up by now but this time I am sticking to it!  

Good Job mama! I'm going to breastfeeding for the next year at least because Brycen will not go to bed w/o it and I'd rather not fight lol.

good job! It sucks in the beginning i used to cry the whole time but im glad i didnt give up either-eventually i lost my milk though but i got afew months in

Thanks ladies I think it helps that I am a SAHM and my husband is supportive of me nursing our chunker. I was at the point to where I wanted to say screw it but I kept on!

Sounds like you have hit the point of no return...you know...where the rest of the time bf will be smooth sailing!

I nursed Evan till he was 22 months. Lots of people think that's a long time, but really, for the last 6-8 months it was really only 2-3 minutes each feeding, and only feeding in the morning, naptime, and bedtime. It was nice to have that snuggle time with him!

That's pretty much all Brycen eats now. With a few times in between
