baby movement

My baby used to kick and move non stop .. ive been 2cm dialated and 50 percent effaced for about 2 weeks i guess he is still up kinda high even tho i have dropped some .. im 36 weeks 5 days.. i would say with in the last couple days my feet and legs have been swelling more then normal my nose has been stuffy (no allergys) have not lost my plug and my little man has stopped moving alot... i still feel him but not like i used to.... could labor be close??
