How do I change the picture on the weekly updates

I am trying to find how I can change the little baby update picture that I see when I get the weekly updates on the facebook app. Does anyone know where I can do this?

Yah you can change the bored and what not but not the actual baby, the baby changed depending on the stage you're in.
