Well, I tried finding topics that were recent. But that was becoming difficult, 'cause it didn't seem like a lot was going on lately.
Then I'd find topics that I thought were interesting and would want to comment, and I wouldn't realize how old they were until after I commented. After about six failed attempts, I gave up. -_-

I just decided to speak on forums that were at least around a week old to days old, until I get better at finding recent forums...

Yep, side bar on the right, or right after you post on a topic you get redirected to a screen that shows you the latest topics posted in all of the forums. Also, when BabyGaga slows down for me I know it's time to play with my kids or watch a show or clean or something. You should try that instead....

I need to find better ways to get the hand of exploring this site. I've only been on BG often for weeks now (my profile may say I've been here since May of 2011, but I just started becoming active in early June), and I obviously don't have the greatest knowledge of it yet. :/

I'll work on it though!
Plus usually when the site's slow, I go to the contests and competitions to see all of the contenders' pics and to see if I could vote for any of the entries. But that's been kind of slow, too lately. Sometimes TDC is another place I check out when the site's slow, which is another reason why I find myself commenting late and quite randomly at times. xD

But I can honestly see how that can get annoying...
