Dummies

hey all i'm in a bit of a pickle my daughter is 3yrs old and still has a dummy i've tried putting it in the bin or told her when she lost it there's no more one christmas i even gave it to the santa clause is there any other way to get her off the dummy

Just take it away and don't give it back. You'll have a few days and nights of hell but it won't last forever

she was off it at age 1 but i had to go out 1 day and her father gave it back to her she was off it for about 2months

I had my daughter help me throw them in the trash & explained to her that they were gone & she was a big girl & didnt need them. Then i would distract her whenever she started crying for it. It was a tough 2-3 days/nights especially since she needed them to sleep with. But just stick with it & get them out of the house.
