Yay! I think I'm having a girl. And all those silly tests and theories that you can do while waiting to find out, like the baking soda test, nub theory, so on, all point to girl. I'm gonna laugh my ass off if it's a boy though.  

I told my close friends and family when I found out I was pregnant. I told the whole world on facebook when I found out it's a boy or girl.

Okay, a couple of them are the baking soda test. Pee in a cup, put a teaspoon of baking soda in. If it fizzes, it's a boy, if it's still, it's a girl.

and the forehead theory. If the forehead in your ultrasound is sloped it's a boy. If it's a semi-circle, it's a girl.
Obviously these aren't for sure kind of things, but all of mine pointed to girl.

With my first, I told everyone INSTANTLY!

With my second be so soon after my first, I've hardly told anyone. I want to make sure this is really happening before I open my mouth! I'm nervous that my job will get pissed and try to fire me!

i hadn't ever heard the ultrasound one, but the baking soda was correct for me(one of the only 'at home tests' that were)

I, personally, think the baking soda one would be closest to accurate. It has to do with the chemistry of the hormones in your body reacting with the baking soda.

Mine didn't fizz. So that, plus all the other goofy things I've tried, all point to girl. I just wish this stupid hospital of ours would hurry the hell up and give me my appointment for the U/S...

Mine just fizzed  . So according to that method i got little boy  . We'll see soon.. I got my gender scan in 4 days!
Are you finding out at your 20 week scan?x

I might find out before then. Probably not though. I do intend on asking the gender. I can't stand surprises, and this is one surprise that I know I couldn't stand. Lol
