You can get at home kits and mail them in.

If he is your brother or your cousin I'm pretty sure that the DNA would come back positive either way? I may be wrong though don't count on me.

You can do the home kits you buy from CVS... but who knows how reliable those are. Or contact some local labs & see where to go from there. I do know it's pretty pricey though... upwards of 500 bucks.

This. I just did one for my bio dad. It's easy. It's also cheaper then the ones that are for legal purposes.

No. DNA is a pretty sophisticated science.

  wtf? Um I'm not sure how they'd go about determining if he's your dad if it's also possible for him to be your cousin or your brother. I'm confused. I'm not being ignorant I swear just trying to get this straight. So you mom slept with this guy who will do the test, the guys dad (would make him your brother), and the guy who raised you (which if testing guy would be your cousin that'd make guy who raised you his uncle?). I'm sure there's a way for them to sort it out but idk if you'd need a special paternity test? It's done with DNA but it sounds like you're somehow related to all 3 men either way so that might be tricky.

I just didn't know how to ask without sounding like an smurf lol. I'm not judging her or her family at all, my aunt still after 25 years isn't 100% sure who one of her kids dads is. She slept with her hubby, split up for a few weeks, was hanging out with my mom (her sister), my dad, and my dads brother and she slept with my dads brother lol.

do not worry its a pretty messed up situation so i take no offence to it. My mom may but she is the one that has to deal with it not me

Ok, I get it now. I'm sorry, as I said in a reply to someone else a minute ago my family is no stranger to paternity questions. I'm sure with DNA they coud tell the difference between father or brother or cousin, they'd have to because I'm sure people sleep with 2 brothers and are unsure so get a test.

thank you. I did not look at the link yet but i see Virginia in the link and i need one in a different state s hopefully there is another list for other states.
