The drs are pretty certain my son has CSID and have put him on a fructose free diet, which is proving quite hard as all his fave foods he can no longer have. Hes never really eaten much anyways, since hes always associated eating with pain and discomfort. So taking his fave foods away means he's barely eating at all now. So just need some fructose free meal ideas and also since he can't eat any fruit and a lot of veg is out would a multivitamin be high enough dose to make sure he isn't insufficient in anything? Or would I be better of buying certain vitamins? And do multivitamins contain any sugar?

Most multi-vitamins contain sugar. My heart goes out to you. I can't imagine how many foods contain sugar.
