really bad pain on my left side

I get this REALLY bad pain right near my hip bone on my left side when I stand up, sit down, roll over in bed, and sometimes when I walk. I noticed when I have to use the bathroom it intensifies the pain until I go. Is this normal? I get tested for infections every 2 weeks and they come up with nothing everytime. It's probably been lasting about a month but some days it will be there and somedays it won't. Am I sleeping wrong? Is the baby on something? PLEASE HELP...it hurts!

I have three nephews and the oldest's middle name is Alexander and the youngest's first name is Noah. I just thought that was neat, but anyway. I have pains in my legs when I'm sleeping that wake me up and that's due to bad circulation because of the baby. Maybe what you're experiencing is similar...I know my pain intensifies when I have to use the bathroom too. Butt cramps are the worse! >< lol. But anyway...hmmm I'd talk to your doctor, most definatley though. 

I get the same thing! I was told it was just the muscles but I am going to have my Dr. look at it again when I go in on Friday! She tested me too and I don't have any infections or anything!
It makes it so hard to do anything , even go pee!
