how to make yourself go in labor

i will be 38 weeks soon and i wondering is there any ways to make yourself go into labor i am ready for him to come out i cant sleep at night anymore so if there is anyway to help you to go into labor i need advice

Nothing really works though. The baby will come when they are ready.

If he's not doing it on his own hes not ready yet... but i don't think youre saying you want to rip him out yourself lol.

My friend went to for walks frequently, had sex once a week, and ate pineapple. She had him 11 days early. BUT she was already have contractions when we started going for walks.

It's pretty common to have trouble sleeping close to the end. You've made it this far, there's not much longer to go. It's better for the baby to stay in until it's ready to come out and you go into labor naturally.
