My brother's video for his funeral. help?

He died on the 2nd and I really would love to have this video saved.
I don't have any of his photos.... I was my father's oops child with my mother.
Frank was my half brother we met when I was younger and a few times since he died so I don't have any photos of us together. It'd mean a lot if there is a way to download it.
