Lol I know what you mean hun. I got two of my own and they are a handful. my son just found out he can scream and I am really hoping he grows out of that before the new baby gets here  lol.

You could always extend the chain by creating jump rings. Wrap a smaller guage of silver wire around something about 5mm thick and do this for a few inches and then cut down the middle to create the rings. You can then piece them together in all kinds of fashions to create some really interesting chains: http://www.tampabeadcafe.com/topics/classes/chain-making/page/2. Heck, you could do this and create an entire chain like that. It's a bit labor intensive but it looks great.

Oh you could also simply do this:



Just wire wrap some simple beads that won't detract from the pea pods and make that the necklace part.

DS "helps" tons... he pats her back to burp her when its her tummy time..kisses and hugs her when shes asleep to wake her up   takes her diaper off when its her bath time and gets poop on his hands!! yup..help  

Here is what I gathered, keep in mind color may differ from the actual thing a bit.

(I know you didn't say purple but that's as close to flower I can get...or there are pink girly flower scented ones. I don't have any RED red ones but all the ones I have that are close have a cinnamon scent not flower or outdoor

violets and lilacs smells like...violets and lilacs >.<
holiday cottage a musky -ish tree smell
orange blossom- orange and lavender
fresh breeze- smells like frebreeze (sp)
snowkissed- vanilla..amber...pretty much its the most blue one I have lol
sea- fresh ocean breeze
rainforest floor- earthy
herbal wind- herbs and lavender

Haha, they're a lot of fun. I have two whole books on them but there are plenty of free videos on youtube and and other websites that explain all the different things you can do with them. Although jump rings are generally cheap (unless made of some kind of fine metal), you can always make them yourself really easily too as long as you have wire and something to wrap it around:
