Looking for due buddies around January 9th 2009

Hey everyone. I just found out I was pregnant last weekend. If I made the right calculation I am now 4 1/2 weeks along and due January 9th. Would love to talk to more mommies to be due around that date. This is my first child and I am very exciting but also terrified that something will happen in the first 3 months. I dont have many symptoms yet, just very tired every once in a while and I feel my tummy rumble all the time. But no nausea (yet)!

Congrats!! i found out by randomly(just as a joke since my coworker was pregnant at 8 months) 2 days before my missed period. OMG IT WAS A SURPRISE! but we were somewhat trying. or at least not preventing on purpose. i am one of the LUCKY 20% that did not get morning sickness. WAY TO GO ME. sorry ladies

I hope I will not get any nausea either, but hey I dont have the choice.
I live in the Netherlands so I am about 8 hours ahead of the US. Would be lovely to chat with people all over the world. I have my first doctor's appointment tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Hi, I'm due to have my second child on 6th Jan. I have a daughter and she was born 2 weeks early so maybe this one will arrive over Christmas.
I have started to have mild nausea late morning so I always make sure I have a snack 10:30ish. I am getting so bloated in the evening too, I have to undo my trousers to sit but I'm fine again by the morning.
Although we'd decided to keep it quiet, we've already told our family and my husband has announced it to his work colleagues. Not sure when to tell my daughter though, maybe when she notices a bump.
I've booked in to see the midwife at the end of May but it'll be the 12 week scan that'll make it real.

My husband and myself just found ou tthat we are expecting our third baby. We just found out we were expecting 3 days ago after I took a home pregnancy test. My calcutations say that I am due Jan. 9th. We are so excited but very nervous. We have been trying to concieve for 7 months now are were very shocked at the great news.

I'm due Jan. 6th. I just found out I was pregnant too. I had a miscarriage in Dec. so I'm a little nervous about this one. I know it is in God's hands. I haven't been sick yet, but the last time it didn't hit me until around 6 weeks. Hopefully this time it won't. Well I'm off to get my little ones up for school. Have a great day!

Hello! My husband and I just found out last weekend we are expecting our first child, due around Jan. 7!! We are soo excited! We havn't told anyone the big news yet (just in case.....  ( Is it too soon to call my doctor??

I am also due January 6,2009. This is my third pregnancy. First was in 2005 and miscarried at 4 1/2 weeks. Second was successful our first daughter born July 6, 2006. I am very excited we got pregnant the first month of trying this time. It took us 4 years with our first. I am not really feeling much of anything just yet. Some sharp cramps every once in a while but, not often. I am alittle concerned but I think it is just because it was just too easy this time. First doctors appt. not till May 22.

Hey there mommy to be! I am in the same position you are. My due date is around the first week of January. This is also my first pregnancy. My advice is... take it easy. Don't stress it. Have faith that God is in control of you and your unborn child. Savor each moment and just relax. At least thats what i am doing! :-)

hello, im pregnant again with my 2nd child.. im due january 9th as well. When i was pregnant with my first i was so scard of loosing the baby in the first trimester and i had to go into the hospital numerous times at 5 weeks my son detached from the placenta so they said to have nothing but bed rest so i followed what they said and he was fine, then they said he was high risk for down syndrom that made my heart just break i didnt know what to expect when he was born.. he came out perfect all with gods good grace. i prayed and just had faith in myself and in my unborn child that its all going to be alright an i can't wait to meet him, now he's 20 months and running around and im back in they same boat again pregnant but im so blessed and happy to be again.. but its always scary no matter what because you dont ever know what can happen just take it easy and try not to get too stressed.. good luck with everything. It's such an amazing feeling im excited to go through it again! just minus the toximia i got at the end!

Thanks for all the support. Taking it easy today just laying with feet up and watching tv trying to stay positive. Hoping everything will work itself out.

I'm due January 14. This is my first baby - I'm 22, and my husband and I had been ttc for a year. After trying all that time, I'm a little nervous about this pregnancy sticking as well. Still, it's very exciting, and I'm thrilled to finally be a mommy.
