It's great to hear about everyone! It's nice to talk to others who are going through the same things. I have very sharp cramps at first, especially in my back. I thought for sure I was going to start my period, but surprise to me, I didn't. My first doctor appt. isnt until Jun. 6th, I hate the waiting...oh well. Have a nice evening!

Hi i just found out im pregnant with my first. Im due January 16th. Im nervous but excited. I have wanted a baby for a while. I had a misscarriage almost 2 years ago.I am almost 19 and everyone i know thinks im stupid for doing this so young. esp without a boyfriend or husband. But i know i will be fine.Congrats and enjoy your pregnancy. Its normal to worry at first but take time and love it although its stressful its one of the best times of your life :]

Hello Ladies! I am new here! I am due on January 6, 2009. This is my first pregnancy. I did take fertility pills to get pregnant and got it on the first try!!! I did have a lot of pregnancy symptoms just before I found out and a week after, but now feeling good. Not much morning sickness, less cramping. My only big complaint are the sore breasts!!

Did anyone tell their parents/family yet? We just told my parents today and they were very surprised but happy of course! The funny thing is that my mom just dreamt this week that I was expecting a baby. According to her dream I will have a baby girl! We will tell our siblings and my boyfriend's (step)-parents this weekend. We will only tell our friends and the rest of the family when we are past the first 3 months.
I went to my family doctor today but he didn't do anything. Just told me to make an appointment with the pregnancy nurse and with a specialist for my thyroid, just in case (I've been having problem with it before). So pretty useless really.

We told our immediate family already, and most of the extended family too...and our respective co-workers, and our friends...we were just too excited to not tell. We even called my mom first thing after we got the BFP on the test. She was on a plane getting ready to fly back to Germany where she and my step-dad live, and she screeched on the plane, and then told her seatmate she was gonna be a grandma. It was really cute. The only people we haven't told are my mom's extended family...my grandma is a devout Catholic, and probably won't be super pleased that we're pregnant out of wedlock. *shrug* We'll be getting married in July, and this baby was definitely planned, so she'll just have to adjust.

Congratulations! I'm due January 11th. My first pregnancy. I'm getting some cramping now too. Not nearly as bad as period cramps but enough to have me REALLY nervous. My Drs appt is tomorrow... Anyone else getting cramps? Its between my belly button and hip bone....

Congratulations! I'm due January 11th. This is my first pregnancy as well. I have been tired, nauseous (but it passes when I eat) and some mild cramping. It is nice to know there are so many of us due around the same time to talk about all the changes as they happen. Good luck to everyone.

Hi Nicole! Congrats on the pregnancy! I also have some minor cramping every now and then. I hear a lot of women about it so I guess it's pretty normal. My mom told me she had very bad cramps in the first 3 months of her pregnancy of my youngest brother.
