I was given 5 grand to abort

I accepted the money but have no intentions of going thru with the abortion. I did at first but changed my mind. The money is gone so can I get into legal trouble?

and no i really don't think you can get in legal trouble. it's your body. nobody can make you abort.

I'm sure they could probably sue you...but how would that hold up in court??

and yes, in theory, you could. if that person wanted to press fraud charges on you, they could.

If there was no legal agreement/contract/binding, then no. You can't legally get in trouble because there is no proof.

Technically no...assuming no contract was involved and even so it can be voided I believe. However I would look at that as a bad thing and say it seems pretty dumb...but thats strictly my opinion and it shouldnt have any say so in your decisions
