Maybe if she was in a relationship with someone who didn't want them knowing and tried to pay her off to get rid of the "evidence." If that were the case, I'd take the money as well and then decide if I wanted to get an abortion or not for myself.

Well if you want the baby, and they are sick enough to try to pay you off and have an abortion...

Keep the baby and keep them out of the picture completely.. Tell them you got pregnant by someone else, whatever it takes.. They didn't want the baby anyways.

I don't think you can even make a contract for something like that.  

Ya never know, people sue for all kinds of things whether they have a case or not. I guess you'll find out soon enough.

if there was no contract signed, you wont get into any trouble.

I signed a contract at the beginning of our relationship but I didn't sign anything regarding if I became pregnant I would have to abort. I can't remember what was in the contract per se but I think I would remember something like that

That would be a massive red flag right there.
