Baby Books

posted 5th May
This is my first child and I'm looking to buy some books about pregnancy or have a pregnancy journal. I'm just curious to see if anyone has/had the same idea and if so, where did you find your book?

I LOVED jenny mccarthy's belly laughs it is hilarious but nice to hear about someones personal experience. There are things in that book that made me feel like "oh okay im not crazy it happens to other people too".
Also the what to expect book is good.

For the pregnancy books - I read the Mayo Clinic's Guide to Pregnancy (my insurance company gave it to me for free) and the American Pediatrics Guide for caring for your child Infant - Age 5...another huge resource book for free from some other program.

My sister got me the "What to Expect the first year" but I haven't read it yet. She really recommended it though.

As for the journal - I'm using the Belly Book and I absolutely love it.
