Struggling to upload a picture (Display)

I am really having a hard time tyring to insert a display picture? I wish I could just upload from the computer...any suggestions?

Upload the image to Photobucket or Tinypic, then enter the URL on here.

I got it..I always struggle with the 4 options on photobucket but direct link worked perfectly...

They really should make it so you can upload from your computer
