More weight lose FF or BF?

okay so im so embarassed about my weight before i got preg. with my first child i weighed 150 and now im 24 weeks pregnant with my third child weighing in at a disgusting 228 lol But i have heard from most mother that breastfeeding helps them loose more weight oppose to women that formula feed do you ladies agree ? I f/f both of my kids but i am seriously thinking about breastfeeding for the fact that im sure it is better for thebaby but the help loose the more than a few extra pounds lol b/c on a serious note it has been putting a damper on the ole sex life. Do any of you suffer from these problems too or did my mom just pass down some really bad genes?

Breastfeeding you lose weight a lot faster! I breastfeed at first and lost alot of weight quickly, then I wasn't able to breastfeed as much as I was and now I'm at a stand still with weight. Which sucks because I look like I'm almost done to normal size, but none of my old clothes fit.

I have always heard BF loses more weight.

But, alas, that's all I know.

I've heard everywhere that breastfeeding helps lose weight and it's very, very good for baby. Also, I've always had probs with weight-it wouldn't matter how much I work out or how well I eat, I can't lose it. I think my metabolism has something to do with it...

I b/f my last 2 babies and was back to pre pregnancy weight within 2 weeks with my last daughter. not so lucky this time. I still have 10 lbs to to go . But definatly I have lost it a lot faster bfing then i did formula feeding. 

I formula feed and I haven't yet reached my pre pregnancy weight :-[

awww your story sounds just like mine. when I got preg the first time, I weighed 145 and when I had her, I was 220.

I FF her and my second baby and never lost any weight.

I am breastfeeding my third baby and I have lost 65 lbs since December. I know that has a LOT to do with it. I was VERY swollen but I know that all of that weight wasn't because I was swollen.
