This sounds strange but has anyone had a planned pregnancy that you suddenly regret but don't know why?

Yes its the pregnancy hormones...It will get better thats what i keep telling myself and i am due in 10 weeks, No time to regret now.. God doesnt give you things you cant handle good luck with everything...

I kinda know what you mean. My pregnancy wasn't planned but I wasn't doing as much as I should have to prevent it and my bf and I had always said we'd be fine with having a baby but when I actually found out I was really upset. For me it was because I knew he wasn't ready and that I would be doing so much alone, I never regretted the fact that I was going to have a baby. I think it's normal though...

I think lots of people go through those feelings. It is hormones and just fear of becoming a parent. That is what I tell myself. Don't get me wrong I am happy about the pregnancy but sometimes I think of how much my life is going to change and then I get a little down.

My hormones weren't near this bad with my first and I didn't want the first... I hated the idea of getting pregnant then. Now I wanted it and I hate life now that I am.

Maybe you should talk about how you are feeling with you doctor.

I went through the same thing. This baby was planned but I after I was pregnant I couldn't help but second guess our decision. I have an 18 year old and a 9 year old and I am starting all over again. It's alot of work, and I'm not 21 years old anymore, but over all I still think we are doing the right thing for us.

I tried talking to my doc about it and they just told me it would get better but it just gets worse. They won't do anything but test my thyroid and tell me to get over it. I'm to the point I just want to scream constantly and strangle my boyfriend.

Maybe you need to be on anti-depressants?

i sometimes regret because i'm not going to be able to have the freedom i have now, but i dont constantly feel that way. it's a big change though and i think it's normal to get scared and wish you hadn't gotten knocked up

They won't give me any antidepressants because i'm bipolar
