No it is not okay. You could get a life threatening infection.

You risk getting an infection. Infections in pregnancy = bad.
I'm sure you can wait til you have the baby. They aren't THAT important...

My artist won't tattoo a minor unless they are 16+ WITH a parent present. Not just a signed piece of paper. Plus they want proof that IS your parent. (Birth cert., parent's license.)
It's probably a 'family friend'.
