When the Kid showed up outside with an ADULT Hand print on his FACE, the Smurfing COPS Should have been Called! That is Visible Child Abuse that would very very easily hold up in Court.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what part of this obviously bad situation OP had a question about... it's pretty obvious something needs to be done.

Call the cops and cps. WHY hasn't anybody done anything before?!?
