baby kicks slowed?

ok it seems that the about of movement has miniumized from a few weeks ago. i am 28 weeks and i'm kind of worried. is it normal for the baby to not kick as much?

That happened to me. When I hit 26-27 weeks the kicks slowed down and on came the rolls. It used to freak me out b/c I would be sitting there with my hands on my tummy and I'd feel her little knee or elbow roll right over my hand.

Some doctors ask you to monitor it, talk to them and they'll tell you what to do. I think its something like lay or your right side after you eat and count how many times it kicks in a hour or something, but ask your OB

Let your doc know just in case, but I am sure you are fine. They slow down the last couple of month because they are running out of room. You should start feeling more pushing or them stretching, maybe an elbow but not all the kicking you used to. The baby is really growing in size now so your sweet pea is just limited on space. 

ok cuz yea sometimes she'll move and its feels like knee or something and it kind of gives me a sharp pain near my belly button. is that normal to?

Yeah it's normal, I first felt Grace kick at 18 or 19 weeks, than around about week 25/26 I'd be lucky to feel her kick twice a day for about a week..
Grace had nothing wrong with her at birth.

It's the left side and you should feel 10 kicks or movement in an hour. They also say to drink some juice.
