I'm lucky my kids are asleep right now...my daughter woke up at this time yesterday  

yeah sounds like you need to take your mind off things...the sun is just starting to rise why dont you go for a walk...it always helps me...sometimes i walk for like an hour and a half and look crazy as heel to people because i talk t myself about whats bothering me lol

My 4 month old thinks bed time is 2-3am. I dont have any IRL friends either and I can say I am very close to the point you are at right now.

Being a SAHM is really taking it's toll on me...I'm not the kind of person who can be satisfied seeing the same two walls day in and say out.

I am a SAHM as well and I cant wait until the kids start school so I can go back as well.
