so it's been since december since i last had sex. i'm 5 months preggors already and i heard sex helps you out in labor. does this mean that i'm going to have a harder time during labor?

No   Having sex can help your cervix ripen in preparation for labor, but your cervix will ripen on its own as well.   Dont worry. Your labor will be the same whether you have sex or not!

eesh thanks! i was starting to get worried cause i was reading on someones thread how they wanted tips on getting through labor and everyone kept telling her "have A LOT of sex, walk and drink rasberry tea" so it got me all scared cause i haven't had sex in forever lol

I think those are tips on how to get labor moving faster. . . Like if your close to your due date, raspberry leaf tea, sex and walking are all "supposed" to help move things along..
