What can I do to start losing weight.
I'm only 3 weeks PP.
I just wanna try to wear a bikini this summer.

Everyones different. I gained 69 pounds thurout the pregnancy with Arieanna....I lost 20 RIGHT after birth. The rest slowly fell off. I am currently at my prebaby weight, it took a few months but it happened. Just hang in there and stay active!

I didn't do anything to start losing weight actually. I just let it come off naturally.I wasn't a big excersise person, nor did I ever need to diet before having my son. I was back down to my original size( a size 4)4 months after he was born.

I havent been weighed even since i had my baby but i was 104 before i got pregnant. i want to get down to 100. and a size 1 or 3 if i can.
my stomach went down quick its just loose and my legs and hips are a little fat

Walking helped me lose inches on my legs and butt..i can actually fit into my pre-preg jeans without feeling like i'm going to bust a seam...i've only been walking for about a couple weeks...20-30mins every nite...i either go to a mall, or just walk around the neighborhood.

Breast feeding helps too. I read sumwhere that you express 500-600 calories a day! (heck yes thats like a mile run! )

I'm a calorie counter. Works quickly for me every time, and it only comes back if I'm not mindful of my eating.

Are you breastfeeding?

after my first i lost 65 pounds within 2 months. Five days after she was born I was back into my jeans and regular shirts. I walked 50 blocks a day to get downtown and back, so that probably helped, and I also didnt eat  I wouldnt reccomend that way though. I kept losing and I was smaller than I had ever been(i was always a big girl so it was nice to be in a size 4 and weigh about 120 pounds. Then I got pregnant with my youngest and moved hom e with my parents (left the dad) and they fed me ALOT! I gained way too much and it was so hard to lose, I actually didnt even make that much effort to try I thought it would just happen like the last time, and wow, it didnt. So i slowly dropped down to about 150 pounds and then I met my fiance. Well, he is a GOOD cook lol. Then I found out I was pregnant this time around and I wont even SAY how much I have gained, but I got ALOT to work on. I've got good advice on how to go about it(hes a health nut/body building fanatic) He's also gotten me a gym pass for when baby is born, and found me all the right supplements (isofemme is awesome) and agreed to watch the kids while I go to the gym. My oldest kids are also going to be at my moms for the summer, and then starting school full time in the fall (kindergarden and grade 1) so it'll be me and emmalee.
