Weird red rash on newborn's face.

My two week old has thrush. I'm not sure if this has any connection, but he's got a red face. It looks like a sunburn and it's bumpy in some places. I have no idea what this is or what to do about it! I'm going to call his pediatrician on Monday, but until then, I don't know what to think. Does anyone know what this could be?

Eczema? My sons face was like what u described
