I think im contracting..

I think I am atleast it feels bad, I got like period cramps and Im really tender on my belly and it keeps tightening up.. UGHHHHHHHHHHH I feel so sick!

37 weeks today

keep track of them by timing in between contractions or call the OB floor at your hospital and talk to the staff.

My doctor has told me to do this if I have any questions.
